Adebisi.
U.S. trademark specialist. Founder of TrademarkWithSam. I help business owners protect the names and brands they’ve built, one filing, one client, one conversation at a time.

I didn’t start out planning to spend my career on trademarks. What kept me here is the pattern I kept seeing: business owners who had built something real, a product, a following, a name customers already recognized, and had no legal claim to any of it.
Most of the time, it wasn’t neglect. It was that trademark law is genuinely unintuitive from the outside. Forming an LLC feels like it should cover you. A logo feels like protection. Neither one is. By the time some business owners find that out, they’ve already spent years and real money building a brand around a name they don’t fully own, or worse, a name that was never available to them in the first place.
“I’d rather tell a prospective client the timing isn’t right than file something I don’t believe in.”
So I built my work around closing that gap early. Every engagement starts the same way: a real conversation about your business, a proper clearance search, and a straight answer about where you stand, before any filing happens.
I’ve guided U.S. business owners directly: coaches and consultants, e-commerce and Amazon sellers, beauty and skincare brands, agencies, and first-time founders filing their very first application. The common thread isn’t the industry. It’s that each one needed someone to actually be there through the process, not just process the paperwork.
That’s still how I work. I take consultation calls personally. I explain what I’m doing and why. And I measure the work by whether you understand your own trademark by the end of it, not just whether the application got filed.
Why Clients Work With Sam
Trademark help that puts you first, not just the paperwork.
They want someone who understands what they're doing, explains it clearly, catches the details, and stays involved when things get complicated. That's the pattern across every verified review on this site.
Clarity
Trademark work is full of unfamiliar terms and unclear next steps. Clients describe things being explained clearly, with filings, Office Actions, and options broken down before a decision gets made, not after.
Judgment
More than one client has been advised against their own first choice of name, told plainly why it was a risk, and walked through a stronger option before anything got filed. That's a specialist thinking with you, not just typing for you.
Execution
Reviews specifically call out accuracy: information submitted correctly and completely, with official USPTO confirmations sent the moment a filing goes in. The detail work is where an application actually succeeds or fails.
Responsiveness
Prompt, quick, available at all hours: this is the most repeated pattern across every review. One client was reached within minutes, regardless of the time of day.
Continuity
The relationship doesn't end at filing. Office Actions, Statements of Use, and renewals show up again and again in the same client history, including clients who came back by name for whatever came next.
